NOLA living. This guy and his dog gets around. I’ve seen him at the old/new/old/new Parasol’s and as far up as Snake n Jakes, and lived in Champ’s hood. Needless to say, the dude is crazy, but we all love that dog. I think that dog’s name is Norman.

I’ve seen this guy going down Magazine a few times before and have been too dumbstruck by the spectacle to think to get a photo of it. This is the street I live on, y’all!
